I want to return an item

We're sorry to hear you'd like to return an item, though we'll do our best to make the process as quick and straightforward as possible. Before requesting a return, please review the information below to ensure your item qualifies under our return policy.

Return eligibility

Within 30 days of your order date, we will generally accept returns for items that meet all of the following requirements:

  • Unused and uninstalled.
  • Free from damage, blemishes, or modifications.
  • Returned in original condition.
  • Returned with unopened packaging in original condition.

Items meeting these requirements are generally eligible for a refund less a 15% restocking fee.

Opened or damaged packaging

The condition of the product packaging is an important part of the return evaluation process.

If the packaging has been opened, damaged, altered, or otherwise compromised, additional restocking fees may apply. Depending on the item and severity of the damage, restocking fees may be increased up to 50%.

Examples of opened or damaged packaging include, but are not limited to:

  • Handguard packaging where the integrity of the factory cardboard packaging has been compromised.
  • Any sealed clamshell packaging that has been opened or breached.
  • Using factory packaging as the shipping container and affixing shipping labels directly to the manufacturer's packaging.
  • Packaging that has been torn, crushed, marked, or otherwise altered.

If an item is returned in a condition where you would not want to receive it as a new item, we generally cannot resell it as a new item. Additional restocking fees may apply, or the return may be rejected entirely.

We reserve the right to reject any return that arrives in a condition materially different from what was represented when the RMA was originally issued.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Installed parts.
  • Modified products.
  • Damaged or blemished items.
  • Products that are not in their original condition.

Manufacturer defects

Items returned due to manufacturer defects must first be handled directly through the manufacturer under their warranty program.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for manufacturer defects. If you need assistance locating warranty information or contacting the manufacturer, we will be happy to help facilitate the process.

Shipping charges and refunds

Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable. This policy also applies to orders that qualified for free shipping promotions.

Even when free shipping is offered, Arm Or Ally incurs shipping expenses to deliver the order. These costs may be deducted when calculating the refund amount.

The following example illustrates how a typical return may be calculated:

How to request a return (RMA)

  1. Open a support ticket and request an RMA.
  2. Wait for a member of our team to review the request and provide return instructions.
  3. Return the item according to the RMA instructions provided.

Returning your item

All returned merchandise must be shipped using a carrier service that provides tracking and full-value insurance.

Arm Or Ally is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged while being returned to us.

If you choose to use a prepaid return label provided by us, all returns are shipped via FedEx Ground. Return shipping costs using this service are a minimum of $17.50, plus applicable insurance charges. The actual shipping cost and insurance charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund processing time

Returns typically require 10–14 business days for inspection and processing after they arrive at one of our facilities.

Once the return has been inspected and processed, you will receive an email detailing the outcome of the inspection and the refund amount issued.

Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.

What is a restocking fee?

Restocking fees help offset the costs associated with processing returns. These expenses include payment processing fees, refund transaction fees, receiving and inspecting returned merchandise, inventory reconciliation, repackaging, and administrative processing.

These fees help us continue offering competitive pricing while maintaining an efficient return process for all customers.
