Can I Exchange An Item?
Arm or Ally does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to place a new order for the desired product and then request a return for the original item.
In certain situations, we may be able to reduce or waive the standard restocking fee when the replacement purchase is for the same item in a different variation, such as a different color, finish, coating, or similar configuration. Requests to exchange for an entirely different product are not eligible for this consideration.
To request an exchange-style return:
- Place a new order for the replacement item.
- Open a support ticket requesting a return.
- Include both your original order number and your new order number in the ticket.
Original shipping charges and return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
