The short answer is 'No'. Unfortunately, we do not do exchanges, however, if within 30 days AND the item you are "exchanging" for is a similar product, we suggest you do the following:
- Place a new order
- Open a ticket requesting a return
- Include your new order number on the support ticket.
Assuming the item you are returning meets the conditions in our return policy, and the product you're purchasing in the new order is a similar item, we will waive the restocking fee and apply our lesser cancellation fee. Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are your responsibility.
