I ordered the wrong item and my order has not shipped

If you accidentally ordered the wrong item and your order has not yet shipped, please submit a support ticket as soon as possible.

What to do

  1. Open a support ticket through our Help Center.
  2. Include your order number.
  3. Provide a brief explanation of the change you would like to make.

Important

Please wait for a member of our team to respond before placing any additional orders. In many cases, our team may be able to assist with updating or correcting the original order, which can help avoid duplicate orders, unnecessary shipping charges, or additional processing delays.

Time is critical

When you place an order, you are requesting that we process and ship it as quickly as possible. Because of this, there are situations where an order may already be in the fulfillment process before we receive your request.

While submitting a support ticket is the fastest and most effective way to request a change, it does not guarantee that an order can be modified or stopped before shipment.

If your order has already been delivered

If you have already received the item and ordered the wrong product, please review our article regarding exchanges and return options for additional guidance.

 

The sooner you contact us, the better the chances that we can review your request before the order ships.
