Arm Or Ally provides customer support exclusively through our support ticket system. We do not offer phone support, live chat, or support through social media messages.

Why we use a ticket system

Submitting a support ticket

To receive assistance, simply submit a support ticket. Please provide as much detail as possible, including order numbers, product information, tracking numbers, or images when applicable.
