We understand how frustrating it can be to discover that a product cannot be shipped to your state. These decisions are never made lightly, and in many cases the reason is more complicated than whether a particular item is technically legal to possess.

Compliance comes first

Arm Or Ally operates in all 50 states and must comply with a wide variety of federal, state, and local laws. Some states have laws that clearly prohibit the sale or shipment of specific products, making compliance decisions straightforward.

In those situations, we simply cannot offer those products for sale to customers in the affected jurisdiction.

Not all laws are clear

Some states have laws that are written broadly, contain significant ambiguity, or create uncertainty regarding how certain products may be sold, marketed, or shipped.

Even when a product may technically be legal to own or possess within a state, the laws governing its sale, transfer, advertising, or shipment may create substantial legal risk for retailers.

Protecting our customers and our business

As a small business, we must carefully evaluate the risks associated with operating in each jurisdiction. In some cases, the potential legal exposure created by a state's laws may outweigh our ability to safely conduct business there.

These decisions are not based on politics or personal opinions. They are business decisions made after reviewing applicable laws, regulations, legal developments, insurance considerations, and the potential impact those laws could have on our customers, employees, and company.

In certain situations, even a single lawsuit or regulatory action could create significant financial burdens that threaten our ability to continue serving customers nationwide.

Policies may change over time

State laws and regulations change frequently. As legislation evolves and legal interpretations become clearer, we regularly review our shipping restrictions and may update our policies when appropriate.

Products that are restricted today may become available in the future, while new laws may require additional restrictions in other jurisdictions.

State-specific information

For detailed information regarding restrictions that apply to your state, please review our state compliance information and shipping restrictions section.

We appreciate your understanding as we work to balance customer access, legal compliance, and the long-term health of our business.
