Multiple charges are a result of placing multiple orders, or having several failed attempts to place an order. If you received an error in the checkout due to a billing address error, failing to check the box accepting our terms/conditions, or something similar, you're going to see a pre-authorization / pending charge on your credit card statement. If you do this 10-12 times, you'll see 10-12 charges. Again, these are only pre-authorizations and not actual charges. Typically these drop off after 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday). If on the 6th business day you do not see these charges drop off, please open a ticket so we can investigate.
If you have multiple order numbers, contact us if you need to cancel a double order.
