Why am I seeing multiple charges on my credit card?

If you see multiple charges on your credit card statement, it is usually the result of multiple order attempts or several failed checkout attempts. In most cases, these are authorization holds placed by your bank or card provider and not actual charges collected by Arm Or Ally.

Why Multiple Charges May Appear

Each time a checkout attempt is submitted, your bank may authorize the transaction and temporarily reserve the funds. If the order fails due to an incorrect billing address, invalid payment information, failure to accept the Terms and Conditions, or another checkout error, the authorization may still appear as a pending charge on your statement.

If multiple checkout attempts are made, you may see multiple pending authorizations. For example, if an order is submitted several times while troubleshooting a checkout issue, each attempt may generate its own temporary authorization hold.

Are These Actual Charges?

No. If the order was not successfully completed, the funds have not been collected by Arm Or Ally. These pending authorizations are controlled by your bank or card issuer and are typically released automatically.

When Will the Charges Disappear?

Most authorization holds are removed within three to five business days, although processing times can vary by financial institution. During this period, the charges may appear as pending transactions on your account.

If the pending charges have not disappeared after six business days, please open a support ticket and our team will be happy to investigate further.

Multiple Order Numbers?

If multiple checkout attempts resulted in multiple order numbers, please contact us as soon as possible if you believe a duplicate order was created. Our team can review the orders and assist with any necessary cancellations before shipment.
