If you cannot see your orders after logging into your account, the most common reason is that you were not logged into your account when the order was placed.
Orders are linked to the account used during checkout
For an order to appear in your account dashboard, you must be logged into your customer account at the time the order is submitted. Orders placed while not logged in are not automatically associated with your account history.
Guest checkout orders
If you completed checkout as a guest, the order will not appear in the My Account section of our website, even if you later create an account using the same email address.
Guest checkout orders can still be tracked using the order confirmation email, shipping notifications, or our order tracking page.
Verify you are using the correct account
If you have multiple email addresses, make sure you are logging into the same account that was used when the order was placed. Logging into a different account may result in an incomplete order history.
Remember: placing an order does not automatically create an account
Many customers assume that placing an order automatically creates a customer account. However, accounts are only created when a customer chooses to create one and establishes a password during checkout.
If you checked out as a guest, no account was created and there will be no order history available within the My Account dashboard.
Need help locating an order?
If you cannot locate your order information, first check your order confirmation email and shipping notifications. These emails contain important order details, including your order number.
If you still cannot locate your order, please open a support ticket and include the email address used during checkout along with any order information you have available.
