I still see a charge after a failed order

If you receive a failed order message but still see a pending charge on your bank or credit card statement, don’t panic. This usually means your bank or card provider placed an authorization hold, not that Arm Or Ally collected the funds.

Why This Happens:

When you attempt to place an order, your payment provider may temporarily reserve the funds while the transaction is being checked. If the order fails, those funds are not captured by us.

  1. Your bank or credit card provider verifies that the required funds are available.
  2. The funds may be temporarily authorized and held by your payment provider.
  3. If the order is approved, the payment is captured and the order is completed.

If Your Order Failed:

If our system shows that the order failed, we have not collected payment for that order. The pending charge should automatically be released by your bank or card provider.

Most pending authorizations are released within three to five business days, depending on your financial institution. Once released, the pending charge should disappear from your statement. If the hold remains after that time, please contact your bank or card provider for more information.
