How to reset your password
- Visit the My Account page.
- Click the Lost Password link.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Follow the instructions sent to your email address.
- Create a new password and log in to your account.
Not receiving a password reset email?
If you do not receive a password reset email, first check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. Email delivery can occasionally be delayed by your email provider.
Be sure that you are using the same email address that was used when creating your account during checkout.
Important account information
Having placed an order with Arm Or Ally does not necessarily mean you have a customer account.
Customer accounts are only created when a customer chooses to create one and establishes a password during checkout. If you completed your purchase as a guest, no account was created, even if you have ordered from us multiple times.
This is one of the most common causes of password reset issues. Customers often assume that previous orders automatically created an account, but account creation is an optional step that must be completed during checkout.
