Why can't I log into my account?

If you are unable to log into your account, there are several common causes that may prevent access. In most cases, the issue can be resolved without contacting customer support.

Verify your login information

Before attempting a password reset, make sure you are using the same email address and password that were used when the account was originally created. Customers often have multiple email addresses and may accidentally attempt to log in with a different email than the one associated with their account.

If you are unsure which email address was used, check previous order confirmations, rewards emails, or account-related communications from Arm Or Ally.

Try resetting your password

If you cannot remember your password, use the Lost Password link available on the My Account page. A password reset email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

The most common issue

Having placed an order with Arm Or Ally does not necessarily mean you have a customer account.

Customer accounts are only created when a customer chooses to create one and establishes a password during checkout. If you completed your purchase as a guest, no account was created, even if you have placed multiple orders with us.

Many customers attempt to log in because they have ordered previously, only to discover that they checked out as a guest and never created an account.

Other common login issues

  • Using a different email address than the one associated with the account.
  • Entering an incorrect password.
  • Not completing the account creation process during checkout.
  • Password reset emails being filtered into spam, junk, or promotions folders.
  • Browser autofill entering outdated login credentials.

How to verify whether you have an account

Attempt a password reset using the email address you believe is associated with your account. If you do not receive a password reset email after checking your spam and junk folders, it is possible that an account was never created.

 

If you believe you created an account and are still unable to access it after attempting a password reset, please open a support ticket and include the email address associated with your account.
