Once an order has shipped, we are unable to remove a signature requirement from the shipment.
Why signature confirmation is required
Signature confirmation helps protect customers against lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Certain shipments may require a signature based on the value of the order, the products being shipped, or other shipping-related factors.
Orders over $500
Orders totaling $500 or more are shipped with mandatory signature confirmation and shipping insurance. These protections are automatically applied and cannot be waived or removed.
After your order ships
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery requirements cannot be modified by Arm Or Ally. Any signature requirement attached to the shipment remains in effect for the duration of the delivery process.
If you won't be available for delivery
If a signature is required and no one is available to receive the package, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup at a local facility. Available options vary by carrier and shipment type.
We recommend monitoring your tracking information closely and making arrangements before the scheduled delivery date whenever possible.
