Why is my order still processing?

If your order is still showing as Processing, it generally means the order has been received and is waiting to move through one of our fulfillment, verification, or shipping workflows.

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. However, processing times can occasionally be affected by order volume, holidays, promotions, weather events, inventory verification, or carrier-related disruptions.

Please remember that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Your order may be awaiting fulfillment

Orders are processed in the order they are received. During periods of high order volume, your order may remain in processing status while it awaits picking, packing, and shipment.

Once your order ships, tracking information will automatically be sent to the email address associated with the order.

Your order may require review

Some orders require additional review before they can be released for shipment. Common reasons include:

  • Address verification mismatches.
  • Billing and shipping address differences.
  • Fraud prevention reviews.
  • Payment verification requirements.

If additional information is required, our team will contact you by email with instructions.

Check your email

Before contacting support, review your inbox, spam folder, junk folder, and promotions folder for any messages from Arm Or Ally.

Some processing delays occur because additional information has been requested but the email response has not yet been received.

Multiple-item orders

Orders containing multiple products may require additional processing time if inventory verification or special handling is required. In some cases, items may ship from multiple fulfillment locations and arrive separately.

When should I contact support?

If your order has remained in Processing status for more than two business days and you have not received any communication from our team, please review your email folders and then open a support ticket if necessary.

When contacting support, include your order number so we can review the current status of the order as quickly as possible.

In most cases, a Processing status simply means your order is moving through our normal fulfillment workflow and has not yet been shipped.
