Why did my order ship in multiple packages?

It is normal for some orders to ship in multiple packages. Depending on the products ordered, inventory locations, packaging requirements, and carrier considerations, your order may be divided into separate shipments.

Orders may ship from multiple fulfillment locations

Arm Or Ally utilizes multiple fulfillment locations. When items within the same order are stocked at different facilities, they may be shipped separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

As a result, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and multiple deliveries for a single order.

Packages may arrive on different days

Even when packages ship at the same time, carriers do not always keep them together throughout transit. It is common for one package to arrive before another, particularly during periods of high shipping volume.

If you receive part of your order, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for the remaining package(s) to arrive.

Check your packing slip

Your packing slip can often help determine whether additional items are still in transit.

If an item is not listed on the packing slip included with the package you received, it is often an indication that the item shipped separately and is still on its way.

Check your tracking information

Review all shipping confirmation emails associated with your order. In some cases, multiple tracking numbers may have been issued for different portions of the shipment.

Be sure to check your spam, junk, and promotions folders if you cannot locate your shipping notifications.

When should I contact support?

If an expected package has not arrived within 1–2 business days after the first shipment was delivered, please open a support ticket and include your order number.

Our team can review the shipment details and determine whether additional packages are still in transit or if further investigation is needed.

Receiving multiple packages for a single order is usually part of our normal fulfillment process and is often the fastest way to get products delivered to you.
