Tracking information is automatically sent by email once your order has shipped. If you recently received a tracking number, please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to scan the package and update the tracking information.

Didn't receive a tracking email?
If you have not received a shipping notification, first check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. Email providers occasionally filter tracking emails into folders other than your primary inbox.
Also verify that the email address entered during checkout is correct.
Tracking shows no movement
It is normal for tracking information to take up to 24 hours to begin updating after a shipping label is created. During this time, the carrier may not yet show any package movement.
If your tracking number was recently issued, we recommend waiting until the next business day before requesting assistance.
