If you received your order and believe an item is missing, please review the information below before opening a support ticket. In many cases, items may be shipping separately and are still in transit.
Check your packing slip first
Review the packing slip included with your shipment and compare it to the items you ordered.
If the missing item is listed on the packing slip but was not included in the package, please proceed with opening a support ticket.
If the missing item does not appear on the packing slip, it may be shipping separately.
Some orders ship in multiple packages
Arm Or Ally fulfills orders from multiple fulfillment locations. Depending on the products ordered, your shipment may arrive in multiple packages and on different delivery dates.
If the item you are waiting for is not listed on the packing slip, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for the remaining shipment to arrive.
What information should I provide?
If you still believe an item is missing, please open a support ticket and include:
- A photo or screenshot of the packing slip.
- A photo of the shipping label on the outside of the package.
- A brief description of the missing item.
If the package arrived damaged
If the shipping box shows signs of damage, please also include photographs of the damaged packaging.
If the carrier marked the package as "Delivered Damaged", "Received Damaged", "Without Contents", or a similar designation, please provide a photo showing that carrier notation as well.
Keep all packaging materials
Please retain the original shipping box, packing materials, labels, and packing slip until the issue has been fully resolved. These materials may be needed during the investigation process.
Once we receive the requested information, our team will review the shipment records and work to determine the cause of the discrepancy as quickly as possible.
