If you receive an order and you believe you are missing an item, please follow the following steps:
- Open a ticket.
- Attach screenshots of the packing slip, and the shipping label on the outside of the box.
- If there is any damage to the box the item(s) arrived in, we also need a photo of the damage, and the "delivered damaged" / "delivered without contents" stamp placed on the parcel by the carrier.
Some orders may ship in multiple packages, from one of our two fulfillment centers and arrive on different days. If the item you are missing is not listed on your packing slip, chances are your other item(s) is/are in transit. Please be patient and if not received within 1-2 business days after your first package, open a ticket so we can further investigate.
